Overview

University of Tartu hosts the annual International Anatomy Olympiad that tests medical students’ theoretical and practical knowledge of anatomy as well as creativity and teamwork skills. This year’s event will take place on August 27-28, 2021.

Teams from various universities from Europe are invited to participate. Olympiad topics will cover all human organ systems, so first or second year students would be the most fitting participants, depending on the university curriculum.

The theme of this years Olympiad is Anatomy Cruise, signifying a journey through the human body. In addition to testing academic knowledge the students are expected to puzzle out interactive tasks. This cruise will only take place once so make sure you don’t miss the chance to participate.

We look forward to meeting you in Tartu!
